Your dog's safety comes first. Our boarding environment is designed to provide a secure place where dogs can stay while their owners are away.
Please bring your dog’s usual food, any medication with instructions, and a familiar blanket or toy if they have one. They should also arrive wearing a collar or harness with secure ID.
Our usual drop off and collection times are between 9am and 12pm, if for any reason you wish to pick up after 12 it will be classed as a late pick up which will be a half day charge.
Dogs must be fully vaccinated and up to date against Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus and Leptospirosis. We also require Kennel Cough vaccination. Please bring your dog’s vaccination record, and ensure vaccinations have been completed at least 2 weeks before their stay.
Dogs are exercised at least twice daily during their stay, with the frequency and duration adjusted to suit their age, breed, health and individual needs.
We’d be happy to accommodate your dog for a short break, subject to availability. Please contact us with your preferred dates and any details about your dog’s needs, and we’ll be happy to help.
Yes, dogs from the same household can share a kennel, provided they are comfortable together and it is suitable for their size and individual needs. We always prioritise their safety and wellbeing, so this would be discussed with you before their stay.
